Originally from Punjab, India, TJ moved to Lynden in 2011 with big dreams and a drive to make a difference. After earning his BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, he discovered that his true passion wasn’t in tech—it was in helping people build better lives through real estate.

Since 2017, TJ has guided first-time homebuyers, investors, and families through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with honesty, patience, and local expertise.

Rooted in Whatcom County

TJ isn’t just a local Realtor—he’s an active member of the community. As the Director of the Chardi Kala Project, a nonprofit focused on racial equity and empowerment, he’s worked to make Whatcom County a more inclusive and supportive place for everyone. In 2022, the organization received the Whatcom County Peace Award for its community impact.

He also serves on the Bellingham City Immigration Advisory Board, advocating for immigrant rights and stronger community connections. His deep involvement gives him a unique perspective on the area and its people—a perspective that helps him serve his clients on a more personal level.

In 2025, TJ was honored by WhatcomTalk and the Bellingham Regional Chamber of Commerce as one of Whatcom County’s Top 7 Under 40, recognizing his leadership, community service, and positive impact across the region.
